About Us

Pioneer Enterprises is one of Karnataka’s leading distributors of Polycab wires and cables, serving top builders, contractors, and industrial clients. We are looking for a Customer Relationship Executive to manage client interactions, maintain strong relationships, and support timely payments and account management.

What You’ll Do

• Act as the first point of contact for clients regarding orders, payments, and account updates

• Maintain strong professional relationships with builders, contractors, and dealers

• Follow up on pending payments and coordinate with the accounts team

• Keep accurate records of client interactions and transactions

• Coordinate with internal sales and operations teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment

• Resolve client queries and escalate issues when necessary

What We’re Looking For

✔ Minimum 12th Pass (Graduate preferred)

✔ Strong communication and interpersonal skills (Kannada, Hindi, English preferred)

✔ Comfortable with client interactions and account follow-ups

✔ Basic knowledge of MS Office / Excel for reporting

✔ Prior experience in client servicing, CRM, or sales coordination is a plus

✔ Willingness to travel locally for client visits if required
