Role Overview: As a Customer Relations Manager at PanAromas, based in Navi Mumbai, you will play a key role in managing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and nurturing strong relationships with clients. Your responsibilities will also include collaborating with internal teams to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
