Customer Relations Manager

Location: Little Mount, Chennai Experience: 5–7 Years Qualification: Any Bachelor's Degree Salary Package: Up to ₹30,000 Take-Home (based on previous experience) Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced customer relationship manager with a strong background in telesales or a proven track record in software or EdTech sales or similar sales. The ideal candidate will have 5–7 years of hands-on sales experience, with the ability to drive revenue through proactive outreach and persuasive communication. Key Responsibilities: Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to pitch & suggest suitable packages. Follow up on leads through outbound or inbound inquiries. Understand customer requirements and present customized solutions to meet their needs. Convert leads into successful sales through effective negotiation and relationship management. Maintain accurate records of all interactions and sales activities in CRM tools. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Required Skills & Experience: 5–7 years of professional sales experience, preferably in telesales or inside sales roles. Prior experience in software sales, EdTech platforms, or subscription-based services is highly desirable. Strong verbal communication and persuasive selling skills in Malayalam, Kannada, or Telugu (proficiency in any one language is preferred). Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Goal-oriented mindset with a proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
