Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Relations Manager. The Customer Relations Manager will be responsible for managing customer relationships, implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction, addressing customer inquiries and concerns, and maintaining customer data. The role will be located in Gurugram.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or customer relations
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively
• Strong organizational skills
• Attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Experience in real estate industry is a must
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
