Job Summary As a Customer Relationship Executive at Zekay India Finance, you’ll be the face of our brand — helping clients make informed financial decisions while ensuring they enjoy a seamless experience with our services. Your role will be to build strong, trust-based relationships with customers and support them throughout their financial journey. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers. Explain and promote Zekay India Finance’s products and services, including loans, investments, and digital finance solutions. Provide accurate financial guidance and assist clients in selecting suitable services. Resolve customer queries efficiently and maintain high levels of satisfaction. Track and follow up on leads generated through various channels. Maintain client records, transactions, and feedback using CRM tools. Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure timely service delivery. Meet and exceed monthly sales and customer engagement targets. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in customer service, financial sales, or relationship management preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in MS Office and CRM software. Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first attitude. Ability to multitask, work independently, and handle client concerns with professionalism. Preferred Attributes Prior experience in financial services, NBFCs, or banking.
