Basic understanding of financial markets (preferred but not mandatory).Job Title: Customer Support Executive (Blended Process – Night Shift) Shift: Night Shift (Blended – Calls, Chats & Emails) Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month + Performance Incentives Job Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions through calls, chats, and emails. Provide clear, accurate, and timely information to customers regarding products and services. Resolve queries, complaints, and service-related issues with professionalism. Escalate complex cases to the concerned team/department when required. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the system. Achieve individual and team targets for customer satisfaction, quality, and productivity. Follow company policies, processes, and maintain confidentiality of customer data. Requirements: Minimum qualification: 12th pass/Graduate (any stream). Good English communication skills (verbal & written). Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
