Knowledge of infrastructure, construction, or road safety industry preferred. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Role Overview We are looking for Customer Relations Executives who will act as the primary point of contact between Kataline and its clients. The role involves handling customer queries, ensuring smooth communication, maintaining client relationships, and preparing data reports using advanced Excel. Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain strong relationships with customers through calls, emails, and in-person interactions. Handle client queries, provide resolutions, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Prepare, analyze, and maintain customer reports using Advanced Excel tools. Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Operations, Finance) to ensure seamless customer support. Maintain proper records of client communications, feedback, and service reports.
