Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Relationship Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with our existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for business growth. Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building strong relationships and understanding their needs. Proactively identify and address client concerns, ensuring timely and effective resolution. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client projects are delivered on time and within budget. Identify and pursue opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services to existing clients. Track and report on key client metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. Qualifications: Proven experience in customer relationship management or a related field. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and practices. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
