Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Customer Relations Executive for an on-site role based in Surat. As a Customer Relations Executive, your primary responsibilities will include managing customer interactions, addressing inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and fostering long-term client relationships. You will serve as a point of contact for customers, ensuring their needs are met while maintaining the premium service standards of Awaken Jewels.
