Job Description

Customer Relationship Management: Building and maintaining positive relationships with clients through proactive communication, personalized interactions, and addressing concerns promptly. Customer Needs Identification: Understanding customer needs and preferences to offer tailored solutions and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling. Issue Resolution: Addressing customer complaints, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective problem-solving and communication. Client Communication: Providing regular updates on service performance, acting as a liaison between the customer and internal teams, and delivering reports on client relationships. Strategy Development: Developing and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction, retention, and overall experience. Feedback Analysis: Collecting and analyzing customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in products, services, and overall customer experience. Collaboration: Working with internal teams, such as sales and customer service, to ensure a seamless and positive customer journey. Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities. Customer-focused mindset with a passion for providing exceptional service. Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients. Proficiency in relevant CRM software and communication tools. Analytical skills to assess customer data and identify trends. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
