Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Provide accurate and clear information regarding company products and services.
  • Follow up with potential and existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
  • Address customer queries and escalate complex issues when required.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in BPO/Telecalling (preferred).
  • Proficiency in English is an added advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge and ability to work with CRM tools.
  • Only female candidates will be considered for this role.
  • PG accommodation provided.

Locations : Trivandrum, Cochin, Edappal, Calicut, Kannur

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
