Job Description

You will also be responsible for cooperating, coordinating, and communicating with other departments to ensure a good customer experience. This includes taking customer feedback after every service request or complaint and sharing feedback points with the team for service improvement. Maintaining a hospitality outlook and ensuring a presentable appearance at all times is also part of your role. Taking ownership of requests or complaints and ensuring they are handled effectively within the defined Turnaround Time (TAT) is crucial. Conducting daily rounds of the premises, reporting any lapses or observations to the relevant team, and conducting timely Customer Feedback Surveys are important tasks. In case of emergency situations, you should respond following JLL policies and contact the proper authorities when necessary. You should also be familiar with lost and found procedures and nominate and attend training programs at the site or JLL office. Addressing concerns by checking emails for priority requests, receiving calls and emails from clients, and ensuring proper closure of complaints through effective communication with stakeholders are part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will be assisting in activities such as filing, checking, and maintaining inventory records, as well as managing the Maintenance Management Report (MMR), Daily Management Report (DMR), complaint trackers, dashboard, etc. Updating the handover/takeover register before the end of the shift for all completed or pending tasks is also essential. Furthermore, your role will involve managing and participating in events, overseeing general maintenance, and handling guests effectively.,
