Job Title: Operations Executive Location: Bangalore Company: Badminton Pros About Us: Badminton Pros is a premier badminton coaching academy with 20+ centers across India (Bangalore, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Kolkata). With a team of 30+ coaches , we are committed to providing world-class coaching and training programs for players of all levels. Role Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated Operations Executive to oversee and optimize the daily operations of our centers. This role involves ensuring smooth execution of coaching programs, managing coaches and operations staff, handling customer relations, and driving business growth. Key Responsibilities:1. Center Operations Management: Oversee the daily operations of multiple badminton centers. Ensure adherence to training schedules, facility maintenance, and overall service quality. Implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for seamless operations. 2. Team Leadership & Coordination: Manage and mentor operations executives, business development executives, and customer relations executives . Collaborate with coaches, vendors, and facility managers to maintain high training standards. Conduct regular audits and training sessions to enhance team performance. 3. Program Execution & Quality Assurance: Monitor and evaluate coaching programs to ensure they meet the Badminton Pros curriculum and quality benchmarks . Gather feedback from coaches and students to improve training methodologies. Ensure proper implementation of training modules and athlete development plans. 4. Revenue & Business Growth: Work closely with the Business Development team to achieve enrollment targets. Identify opportunities to increase membership and coaching revenue. Develop and implement customer retention strategies. 5. Customer Experience & Engagement: Address operational challenges and resolve customer grievances efficiently. Ensure a positive experience for students, parents, and members. Organize and oversee events, tournaments, and promotional activities. 6. Reporting & Strategic Planning: Provide regular reports on operational efficiency, revenue, and performance. Develop strategies for scaling operations, improving cost efficiency, and expanding services . Work directly with the Head of Program & Operations to align operations with company objectives. Requirements: Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and manage multiple centers. Experience in team management, customer relations, and business growth strategies . Passion for sports, especially badminton, is a plus. Willingness to travel to different centers across cities. Role Overview We are looking for a customer-centric CRM (Customer Relationship Management) Executive to manage customer interactions, enhance customer satisfaction, and drive retention and engagement. This role involves handling customer queries, managing data, following up on leads and renewals, and coordinating with operations and coaching teams for seamless service delivery. Key Responsibilities 1. Customer Relationship Management Handle inbound and outbound calls, messages, and emails professionally. Maintain regular communication with parents/students regarding classes, updates, and feedback. Track customer concerns and ensure timely resolution in coordination with center staff. 2. Admissions & Renewals Follow up on new leads and guide potential customers through the admission process. Track and follow up on fee renewals and missed payments. Maintain and update CRM/Excel tools to track admissions, re-admissions, and drop-outs. 3. Customer Feedback & Engagement Conduct regular feedback calls and surveys to assess satisfaction. Highlight insights and suggest improvements to the operations and coaching teams. Assist in planning engagement initiatives such as events, workshops, and tournaments. 4. Data & Reporting Maintain accurate records of interactions, leads, and feedback using CRM software or trackers. Generate weekly/monthly reports on admissions, renewals, customer feedback, and satisfaction trends. Share actionable insights with the leadership team to enhance service delivery. 5. Support Operational Activities Coordinate with Operations Executives and coaches to ensure smooth service delivery. Provide support during tournaments, demo sessions, and special events. Ensure timely communication of updates, schedule changes, or center-specific announcements. Requirements Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Prior experience in customer service, CRM, or tele-calling preferred. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficient in using CRM software, MS Excel, or Google Sheets. Passion for sports or experience in a sports academy is a plus. Fluent in English and local languages (Kannada, Hindi preferred). Why Join Us?
