Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Relations Executive to join our growing team at EventoQ. This role is crucial in ensuring a seamless and supportive experience for customers planning their weddings, housewarmings, and corporate events through our platform. The ideal candidate will be empathetic, organized, and committed to delivering outstanding customer service while contributing to our customer-centric mission. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage high-volume inbound and outbound communications across multiple channels (calls, WhatsApp, email) with professionalism.
  • Guide customers through the platform for selecting and booking verified event vendors, ensuring a smooth service experience.
  • Address and Resolve customer queries, concerns, and complaints promptly and effectively, demonstrating a strong customer-first commitment.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Follow Up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and build long-term client relationships.
  • Coordinate closely with the sales and vendor management teams to resolve complex support issues efficiently.
  • Collect and Analyze customer feedback, sharing actionable insights with the internal team to continuously improve services.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in Customer Service, Telecalling, or Client Relationship Management.
  • Language Proficiency: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Malayalam (Mandatory).
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) for data entry, reporting, and organizational tasks.
  • Customer Focus: Strong interpersonal skills with a proven customer-centric approach and the ability to handle challenging situations calmly.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree, Plus Two, or Diploma (preferred).
