Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with students by regularly communicating and engaging with them. Understanding students" needs, preferences, and objectives to provide personalized assistance and support will be a key aspect of your role. You will proactively address student inquiries, requests, and concerns in a timely and professional manner, serving as the first point of contact for student inquiries via phone, email, or in-person meetings. Providing prompt and efficient resolution of student issues and escalations to ensure a positive customer experience is essential. Collaborating with internal teams such as sales, operations, IT, and CRM to address students" needs and deliver solutions will also be part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will work closely with the sales team to support account growth initiatives and achieve revenue targets. Maintaining accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and communications, and gathering feedback from students regarding their experience with classes and live sessions will be crucial. Acting as a liaison between students and internal teams to relay feedback, suggestions, and improvement opportunities is also expected. Proactively identifying areas for improvement or service enhancement to strengthen relationships with students and providing regular updates and insights to management regarding student feedback, issues, and areas of improvement will be vital to your role. You will also be responsible for following the instructions assigned by the Line Manager for the smooth operation of StudyMEDIC.
