Job Description

Role & respo

  1. Handle customer complaints and ensure timely 8D closure.
  2. Ensure products meet customer quality requirements.
  3. Provide timely updates to customers on quality issues.
  4. Participate in APQP and quality planning activities.
  5. Support NPD and PPAP documentation and approvals.
  6. Visit customers, deliver samples, and coordinate improvements.
  7. Coordinate with QA, NPD, and cross-functional teams.
  8. Maintain ISO/IATF/IMS documentation and support audits.
  9. Manage customer rejections and ensure resolution.
  10. Train and guide team on quality tools and problem-solving abilities

Preferred candidate profile

Candidate having 2-wheeler and 4-wheeler experience
