Job Description

As a Customer Marketing Leader at Zycus, you will play a crucial role in owning and scaling the global customer engagement, advocacy, and growth programs. Your focus will be on strengthening relationships with existing customers, amplifying success stories, and driving cross-sell and up-sell campaigns to directly impact revenue. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Customer Engagement & Advocacy:** - Design and implement programs to build loyalty and strengthen relationships. - Lead customer advocacy initiatives like reference programs and reviews. - Drive creation of customer success stories and case studies to showcase value. - **Cross-Sell & Up-Sell Campaigns:** - Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts in collaboration with Product Marketing and Sales. - Plan and execute targeted customer campaigns highlighting Zycus" full product suite. - **Milestone Celebrations (Go-Live & Go-Value):** - Celebrate customer achievements such as project go-lives and realized business outcomes. - Create communication plans and marketing collateral to amplify these milestones. - **Customer Events & Thought Leadership:** - Manage customer participation in events and prepare them for speaking engagements. - Increase customer visibility through webinars and panel discussions. - **Customer Referenceability:** - Develop strategies to increase the pool of referenceable customers. - Maintain a structured reference library to support sales teams. - **Analytics & Reporting:** - Measure and report on the impact of customer marketing initiatives on retention, advocacy, and revenue growth. - Utilize engagement data and feedback to refine and optimize strategies. **Job Requirement:** - 10-12 years of experience in Customer Marketing, Advocacy, or Engagement, preferably in B2B SaaS or Enterprise Tech. - Proven success in designing and executing customer marketing programs at scale. - Strong storytelling and content creation skills for impactful case studies. - Excellent communication and CXO-level relationship management skills. - Experience with CRM tools, marketing automation, and data analytics. **Preferred Attributes:** - Hands-on experience with customer reference programs. - Exposure to customer-centric events and advocacy platforms. **What's in it for you ** - Opportunity to work with cutting-edge AI-driven technology and a globally recognized leader in procurement software. - Be part of a fast-paced, innovation-driven organization committed to excellence. - Competitive compensation and benefits. - A culture that fosters growth, collaboration, and success.
