What You’ll Own & Drive:

  • Collaborate closely with product, marketing, content, and tech teams to improve the end-to-end customer experience
  • Contribute to feedback loops and use customer insights to drive product and communication improvements

  • 1+ years of hands-on experience in customer lifecycle, CRM, or user engagement roles
  • Data-savvy with strong analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
