Be the friendly, calm voice of Divine Hindu — primarily on chat (WhatsApp & website) — resolving customer queries fast, protecting conversions, and keeping customers delighted.

• Primary channel:

  Live chat (WhatsApp Business + website chat) — expected

  100–200 chats per day

  (handling short queries, order lookups, quick troubleshooting, and escalation).

• Secondary channels:

  Inbound/outbound calls and email for complex issues or follow-ups.
• Maintain polite, brand-aligned chat tone in

  Hinglish / Hindi + English

• Handle daily

  100–200 chat

  conversations with speed and empathy.
• Respond to WhatsApp & website chat queries: order status, tracking, cancellations, basic product questions, payment confirmations.
• Process/coordinate returns, refunds, and replacements via Shopify + CRM/ticketing tools.
• Raise and follow up on escalations with Warehouse, Logistics, and Quality teams.
• Log accurate notes & tags for every interaction; update CRM/ticket until closure.
• Use and contribute to canned replies / KB to keep responses consistent and fast.
• Gather customer feedback and report recurring issues to CX lead.

• Strong written communication in

  Hindi + English

  (Hinglish fluency preferred).
• Comfortable typing fast and accurately under pressure (chat volume 100–200/day).
• Comfortable speaking on calls when required.
• Proactive, patient, detail-oriented, and able to follow SOPs.
• Prior customer-facing experience or internships are a plus.
