📍 Location: Sector 27, Gurugram (Work From Office)

🕘 Working Days/Hours: Monday–Saturday, 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM

📅 Duration: 3–6 months | Stipend: ₹10,000 - ₹15,000

✨ About the Role

As a Customer Interaction Intern, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers across calls, WhatsApp, and email. You’ll handle queries, order tracking, and ensure every interaction leaves customers with a great brand experience.

🛠️ Responsibilitie

1. Handle inbound/outbound calls, WhatsApp, and email querie

s2. Manage orders, returns, and refunds via Shopify and CRM tool

s3. Coordinate with warehouse/logistics teams for timely resolution

s4. Maintain accurate customer records and feedbac

🎯 Requirement

1. Strong communication skills (English & Hindi

)2. Comfortable with customer-facing roles (prior experience is a plus

)3. Proactive, empathetic, and detail-oriente
