Be the voice of Divine Hindu across chats, emails, and social media. As a Customer Interaction Intern, you’ll be at the heart of building customer trust and delight—making every interaction meaningful.

What You’ll Do:

- Handle customer queries via chat, email & social media comments

- Provide quick, clear, and empathetic responses

- Track feedback & share insights with the team

- Support in maintaining customer happiness & loyalty

What We’re Looking For:

- Strong written communication & problem-solving skills

- Comfortable with social media and digital tools

- Patient, empathetic, and detail-oriented

- Bachelor’s (pursuing/completed), prior internship experience preferred

Location: Sector 27, Gurgaon (Work from Office – No Remote)

Work Days: Mon–Sat
