Job Description

Internship: Customer Interaction Intern

Location:

Sector 27, Gurugram (Work From Office)

Duration:

36 Months | Paid Internship (Stipend ?10,000)

Timings:

9:00 AM 6:30 PM, MondaySaturdayJoining: Immediate joining

About the Role

As a Customer Interaction Intern, youll be the first point of contact for customers across calls, WhatsApp, and email. Youll handle queries, order tracking, and ensure every interaction leaves customers with a great brand experience.

Responsibilities

Handle inbound/outbound calls, WhatsApp, and email queries
Manage orders, returns, and refunds via Shopify and CRM tools
Coordinate with warehouse/logistics teams for resolutions
Maintain accurate customer records and feedback

Requirements

Strong communication skills (English & Hindi)
Comfortable with customer-facing roles; prior experience a plus
Proactive, empathetic, and detail-oriented
