About the Role

Join our growing Customer Experience (CX) team and be the friendly voice our customers trust. This role is primarily voice-based and chat/email support, where you'll solve problems, guide users, and make every interaction a positive one.

What Youll Do

Handle customer queries via phone, chat, and occasionally email.

Troubleshoot issues and provide quick, accurate solutions.

Update and maintain customer records in our database.

Collaborate with internal teams to improve service quality.

Keep conversations empathetic, clear, and professional.

What Were Looking For

2–5 years of experience in both voice and non-voice (chat/email) customer support processes.

Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written).

Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.

Prior experience in a blended process is preferred.
