About the Role

NBS International Ltd. is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Experience Manager / Customer Relationship Executive to enhance customer satisfaction, manage post-sales relationships, and ensure a seamless showroom experience. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, confidence, and sound knowledge of the automobile industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers visiting the showroom, ensuring a premium experience.
• Understand customer needs and provide accurate information about products, services, and processes.
• Maintain customer relationships and follow up on inquiries, test drives, and post-sales support.
• Handle customer complaints and queries efficiently to ensure maximum satisfaction.
• Coordinate with sales, service, and delivery teams to ensure smooth customer journeys.
• Maintain customer data, documentation, and feedback reports.
• Assist in organizing customer engagement activities, events, and feedback campaigns.
• Ensure compliance with showroom standards, brand guidelines, and customer service protocols.

Requirements

• Education: Graduation is mandatory.
• Experience: Prior experience in automobile sales or customer service preferred.
• Industry Knowledge: Understanding of automobile products, features, and showroom operations.
• Skills:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Confident, well-presented, and customer-friendly
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
• Problem-solving attitude and ability to handle customer escalations
• Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM software preferred)
