Customer Experience Associate, Spanish

With a focus on delivering an exceptional customer experience, you will play a key role in supporting both new and existing Spanish/English speaking customers and insurance agents. **Key Responsibilities:** - Ensure accuracy in communicating policy status and agent compensation information - Familiarize yourself with various systems related to policy information and partner agent operations - Provide top-notch service through email, live chat, SMS, and phone in both Spanish and English - Develop a deep understanding of Ethos products and processes to assist customers and act as a resource for partnership managers - Identify and address customer and agent needs efficiently within defined service levels - Build strong relationships with agents through transparent communication - Meet individual and team goals for customer support - Identify opportunities for process improvements and collaborate with management to implement solutions **Qualifications Required:** - 1-3 years of bilingual experience in customer support, customer success, operations, or related roles - Detail-oriented with a focus on agent compensation and contract details - Bachelor's degree preferred - Proficiency in Salesforce or similar help desk software preferred - Strong problem-solving skills and time management abilities - Ability to adapt quickly to changes and maintain attention to detail - Excellent phone presence for handling Spanish and English calls, screen navigation, and written communications At Ethos, we value diversity and inclusivity.
