Customer Experience Associate, Spanish

As a Bilingual Customer Experience Associate at Ethos, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to both new and existing Spanish/English speaking customers and insurance agents who collaborate with Ethos. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure a seamless and positive experience for all individuals interacting with the company. You will need to exhibit a strong customer-centric approach, impeccable attention to detail, problem-solving capabilities, and outstanding communication skills to excel in this position. The ability to communicate effectively in both Spanish and English, both verbally and in writing, is a mandatory requirement. You should hold a minimum B2 certification in Spanish and a minimum C1 certification in English. In this remote role, you will be required to work during US hours, specifically from 8 AM to 6 PM Central Time (CDT). Your key duties will include maintaining accuracy in information shared with agents, becoming proficient in various systems related to consumer policies and partner agent operations, and offering top-notch service via email, live chat, SMS, and phone in both Spanish and English. Moreover, you will be expected to develop a deep understanding of Ethos products and processes to effectively support customers and agents. Identifying customer and agent needs, processing requests efficiently within defined service levels, and building strong relationships through transparent communication are essential aspects of this role. To be successful in this position, you should ideally possess 1-3 years of bilingual customer support or customer success experience. While prior experience in the life insurance industry is advantageous, it is not mandatory. A keen eye for detail, proficiency in Salesforce or similar support software, excellent time management skills, and the ability to adapt to changes swiftly are highly valued qualities.
