As a Customer Experience Associate at Homefnb, your role will involve providing exceptional customer support and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your daily tasks will include handling client communications through calls and the application, managing back-end communication with clients, hosts, and consumers, and ensuring a seamless dining experience for both guests and hosts. Additionally, you will be expected to demonstrate proficiency in basic computer skills, especially in Microsoft Suite, for managing data and reports. Your ability to communicate effectively with internal teams and showcase leadership skills will be crucial for success in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Handle client communications: Manage back-end communication with clients, hosts, and consumers via calls and the application. - Proficiency in computer skills: Comfortable with basic computer operations and adept at using Microsoft Suite for data management. - Internal Communication: Work as a team player by effectively communicating with internal teams and demonstrating leadership skills. Qualifications: - Communication Skills: Fluent in Hindi and English. Knowledge of Gujarati, Marathi, or other Indian regional languages is a plus. - Experience: Open to candidates with 1-2 years of experience or freshers. - Education: Minimum qualification of 12th pass or a Diploma is required.
