Issue Resolution works 24/7 to resolve customer-reported issues in operational areas and workflows across products. Candidates should thrive on solving client issues and improving the client experience through high-quality issue reduction and prevention.
Candidates need keen attention to detail and full ownership of their duties to deliver exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Education Background: Bachelor's degree or equivalent only recent
graduates or industry newcomers with no prior experience needed.
• Tech Skills: Solid foundation of internet tools, MS Office applications
and basic computer proficiency.
• Work Schedule: Flexible with shift rotations for 24/7 customer support,
adaptable workday hours and holiday scheduling.
• Work Environment: Thrives in a dynamic, goal-focused and adaptable.
• Communication: Excellent verbal/written skills for seamless
collaboration with teams across India and the US
