Job Summary

We are hiring Customer Executives to drive primary and secondary sales, manage channel distribution, and strengthen market execution. The role involves working closely with distributors, retailers, and internal teams to achieve sales targets and enhance brand presence.

Key Responsibilities (KRAs)

• Drive primary and secondary sales to achieve assigned targets
• Manage channel sales and distribution operations
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and retailers
• Ensure effective market execution and availability of products
• Support and coordinate BTL activations and promotional activities
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior
• Assist in team coordination and field-level execution
• Ensure compliance with company policies and reporting requirements

Eligibility & Qualifications

• Education: Graduation / Post-Graduation
• Experience: 2 to 5 years of relevant experience
• Preferred Background: FMCG, Beverages, Telecom, or related industries
• Mandatory: Two-wheeler with valid driving license

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Sales and negotiation abilities
• Market understanding and execution focus
• Distributor and channel management skills
• Willingness to travel extensively
