Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Customer Executive at Talento. The Customer Executive will manage day-to-day interactions with customers, ensuring an exceptional level of service and satisfaction. Qualifications

• Strong skills in Customer Service, Customer Support, and a proven ability to ensure Customer Satisfaction
• Excellent Communication skills, including active listening and clearly conveying solutions
• Demonstrated proficiency in Analytical Skills to identify and address customer needs effectively
• Ability to resolve inquiries professionally, prioritize tasks effectively, and maintain attention to detail
• Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools is an advantage
• Previous experience in customer-facing roles is desirable
• High levels of adaptability and problem-solving abilities
