Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Customer Executive at Talento. The Customer Executive will manage day-to-day interactions with customers, ensuring an exceptional level of service and satisfaction. Responsibilities include addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, analyzing feedback, and maintaining effective communication to enhance the overall customer experience. The role requires a customer-focused mindset and the ability to provide timely solutions while building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.


Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Customer Service, Customer Support, and a proven ability to ensure Customer Satisfaction
  • Excellent Communication skills, including active listening and clearly conveying solutions
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Analytical Skills to identify and address customer needs effectively
  • Ability to resolve inquiries professionally, prioritize tasks effectively, and maintain attention to detail
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools is an advantage
  • Previous experience in customer-facing roles is desirable
  • High levels of adaptability and problem-solving abilities
