Job Description

Conduct engaging and effective product demonstrations for potential and existing customers.

  • Understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions to meet their business needs.
  • Act as the first point of contact for product-related queries from customers.
  • Assist the sales team with lead follow-ups, proposal preparation, and CRM updates.
  • Maintain strong product knowledge to address customer questions confidently.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to provide customer feedback and insights.
  • Support sales campaigns, events, and webinars to enhance customer engagement.
  • Track and report customer interactions and engagement metrics to management.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Diploma in Information Technology or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer-facing or product support role, preferably in the tech or SaaS industry.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 per month
