Job Summary:

We are looking for dynamic and self-driven individuals to join our team as Customer Engagement Managers. This role focuses on building strong relationships with healthcare professionals, managing customer interactions, and driving engagement with our products and services. You will play a key role in understanding customer needs and delivering scientific value through effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for healthcare professionals (HCPs) and institutional clients.
• Present product information with scientific accuracy and clarity.
• Manage and strengthen customer relationships through regular follow-ups, meetings, and support activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, medical affairs) to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Conduct field visits and participate in scientific/medical discussions and product training.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, industry trends, and competitor activities.
• Report customer feedback and market intelligence to relevant teams.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Scientific aptitude and ability to understand medical/pharma products
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
• Good organizational and time management abilities
• Proficiency in local language(s) and English
