Customer Engagement Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong, lasting relationships with key clients, acting as their main point of contact.
• Needs Assessment: Understand client needs and goals, providing tailored solutions and connecting them with relevant company offerings.
• Communication: Proactively communicate, manage expectations, address questions/concerns, and report on project progress.
• Problem Solving: Resolve customer issues, conflicts, and operational problems, escalating when necessary.
• Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and other internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Strategy & Reporting: Monitor engagement metrics (like NPS, CSAT), analyze data, and contribute to refining engagement tactics.
• Growth Opportunities: Identify potential upsell/cross-sell opportunities and gather feedback for service improvement.

Qualifications

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering.
• Experience: 0-12 months in product management, sponsorship, marketing.

Pay: Up to ₹180,000.00 per year
