Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Identify and develop new sales opportunities within the cold storage industry.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry mapping.
Build and maintain strong networks with food companies, logistics partners, and cold storage clients.
Generate leads via cold calls, industry calls, networking, and social media.
Meet clients to understand requirements and present tailored solutions.
Deliver customized presentations highlighting company offerings.
Prepare sales reports, analyze performance, and suggest improvements.
Collaborate with operations to ensure stock availability and smooth execution.
Represent the company in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events.
Negotiate and close deals with focus on profitability.
Address client concerns and maintain long-term relationships.

Preferred candidate profile

Experience: 3 - 4 years in Sales & Marketing (mandatory).
Industry: Must have worked in the Food Segment (Food Companies/Logistics sector).
Preference: Candidates from cold storage companies or competitors.
Skills: Market knowledge, cold calling, industry outreach, negotiation, strong communication & presentation.
