We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Chat Support Executives. In this role, you will interact with customers via online chat platforms, resolve their queries, provide accurate information, and ensure an excellent customer experience.

• Handle customer queries via chat in a professional and timely manner.

• Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and processes.

• Ensure customer satisfaction through clear and effective communication.

• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently.

• Maintain records of customer interactions and escalate complex concerns as needed.

& :

• Graduate in any discipline.

• Excellent communication skills in English (mandatory).

• Knowledge of Arabic language and E-commerce is an added advantage.

• Interest or prior experience in fitness equipment preferred.

• Freshers are welcome; prior customer service experience is a plus.

• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with online communication tools.
