Bpo ,Need good communication skills, voice and non voice both process available fresher and experienced both can apply Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chats. Address customer inquiries, complaints, and support requests promptly. Provide accurate product/service information and recommend solutions. Maintain customer records and update CRM systems. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience in customer service or a related role. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office. Ability to handle stressful situations and multitask. Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
