Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as a Customer Care Representative located in Delhi NCR. The Customer Care Representative will be responsible for addressing customer enquiries, resolving issues, providing support, and ensuring customer satisfaction on a day-to-day basis. Job Location & Working Conditions Willingness to work from Delhi/NCR location Flexible to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts Experience 0.5-5 years of prior experience in customer service, support, sales, or other communication-intensive roles is strongly preferred Educational Qualification Minimum qualification: Graduate Exceptional communicators with diverse academic backgrounds may also be considered Skills & Abilities Exceptional communication mastery – both verbal and written Solution-oriented thinking with strong attention to detail Adaptable and agile in a fast-moving environment Industry Freight and Package Transportation Employment Type Full-time Show more Show less
