Roles and Responsibilities

  • Handle customer orders & complaints professionally, ensuring timely resolution and high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Provide excellent customer service through effective communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills.
  • Manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Develop strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues efficiently.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 1-5 years of experience in a similar role or industry (customer care/call center).
  • Excellent English & Hindi communication skills for effective interaction
  • Strong analytical skills for identifying root cause problem and resolving complex customer queries.
  • Ability to work in shifts, rosters including weekends and holidays.
