Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Develop new business opportunities through lead generation, prospecting, and relationship-building with current and potential clients.

  • Identify target markets and segments to focus on for sales growth.

  • Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Operations) to develop strategies for acquiring new customers.

  • Conduct market & competition research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.

  • Planning and executing on ground promotional activities

  • Customer Communication - Tracking Orders, Sharing Dispatch Information and Feedbacks

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including customer service, warehouse, and procurement, to streamline processes and resolve delivery-related issues.

Preferred candidate profile

  • 0-5 years of experience in Sales & Marketing or related field.

  • Strong understanding of B2C/D2C/B2B sales principles and practices.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation

  • Well spoken and presentable

  • Should be open to working with flexible hours
