Customer Care Representative – Night Shift Only

We are seeking an English-speaking and writing fluent Customer Care Representative to join our night shift support team.

Adeshara Outsourcing Solutions Private Limited (AOSPL) is part of the RFPMart group. At RFPMart, we provide global access to Government RFPs, Tenders, Solicitations, Bids, Contracts, RFQs, RFIs, RFTs, and Procurement documents along with contact details.

We connect contractors, service providers, suppliers, and government agency buyers worldwide. Our paid search engine services help businesses find and win government contracts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make and receive calls from customers; understand issues/inquiries and provide accurate responses.
  • Read, understand, and draft professional emails.
  • Assist customers with:
  • Account access
  • Subscriptions
  • Billing inquiries
  • General support issues (via calls and emails)
  • Provide step-by-step guidance to resolve technical or service-related concerns.

Monitoring & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate shift logs to update the day team.
  • Report recurring issues or system downtime to supervisors promptly.

Communication & Documentation

  • Communicate politely and professionally with international customers.
  • Document all interactions clearly for continuity.
  • Share urgent updates with colleagues or management when required.

System & Security Compliance

  • Follow company policies on data security and confidentiality.

Downtime & Additional Tasks

  • During low call volume, perform assigned work such as:
  • Call log data entry
  • Updating lead information
  • Other support tasks
  • Maintain productivity throughout the shift.

Requirements

  • Excellent English communication skills (speaking and writing).
  • Prior experience in customer service, call center, or support roles is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently during overnight hours.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
