Collaborate with internal teams to gather documents for resolving billing issues. Monitor and maintain assigned accounts to ensure they meet collection status benchmarks. Escalate customer claims of incorrect billing or responsibility concerns as needed. Deliver high-quality customer service by responding to inquiries professionally and promptly. Prepare and present reports using Excel and PowerPoint. Maintain a continuous improvement mindset with a willingness to learn and grow. Required Skills and Qualifications Graduate in Commerce or Accounting discipline. 2\u20133 years of relevant experience, ideally in a BPO or shared services environment.
