Roles and Responsibilities

  • Handle customer queries via phone calls, emails, and chats to resolve their concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information about products/services to customers through effective communication skills.
  • Meet daily targets set by the company for call handling, sales conversion, and customer satisfaction ratings.
  • Maintain records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Basic computer literacy with proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • 0-1 year of experience in BPO or similar industry (customer care).
  • Initially Training will be provided
