About the Role
Working Panda is hiring Voice Support Advisors for our Hyderabad office. This full-time position involves handling inbound calls from global customers, resolving their concerns, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.

Location: Hitech City Layout – Hyderabad

Compensation (Approx. In-Hand)

• 12–17 months exp.: ₹24,000–25,000 training | ₹27,000–28,000 post-training
• 18–23 months exp.: ₹26,000 training | ₹29,000–30,000 post-training
• 24+ months exp.: ₹28,000–29,000 training | ₹31,000–32,000 post-training

What You’ll Do

• Engage with customers via inbound calls
• Support with billing, service, and account-related issues
• Provide troubleshooting for basic technical concerns
• Maintain records & ensure high-quality service

Who Can Apply

• Graduates/Undergraduates with at least 1 year of international BPO voice process experience
• Fluent English communication skills
• Ability to work in rotational shifts
