Customer Care Executive

Job Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and messages.
• Provide accurate information about the company and its services.
• Record customer queries and ensure timely follow-up and resolution.
• Maintain customer database and call logs in CRM or Excel.
• Coordinate with internal teams for order updates, billing, or support.
• Ensure professional and polite communication at all times.
• Gather customer feedback and report common issues or suggestions.

Requirements

• 0–3 years of experience in Customer Support / Telecalling / CRM handling.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam (Hindi is a plus).
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Google Sheets, Email).
• Friendly, patient, and solution-oriented attitude.
• Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.
