Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Care Executive - Voice Process based in Indore. Responsibilities include providing exceptional customer support through voice interactions, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The role also involves identifying customer needs, providing solutions, and offering assistance to drive positive customer experiences and foster brand loyalty.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Support, Customer Service, and Customer Satisfaction skills
• Excellent Communication skills for effective interaction with customers
• Basic understanding of Sales and the ability to offer tailored solutions
• Exceptional listening and problem-solving capabilities
• Proficiency in handling voice-based interactions and building rapport with customers
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
• Prior experience in customer service or related fields is an advantage
• Proficiency in relevant CRM tools is preferred
