This is an excellent opportunity for freshers from a commerce background to start their career with structured training and hands-on experience in the finance and taxation domain. Key Responsibilities: • Provide support and assistance to clients regarding GST processes and queries. • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and resolve issues effectively. • Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions. • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely issue resolution. • Follow up with clients as required and ensure customer satisfaction. Requirements: • Education: B.A, M.A, B.Com / BBA / M.Com or any commerce-related qualification. • Experience: Fresher candidates are welcome. • Good communication skills (verbal and written). • Basic understanding of GST and taxation is a plus. • Proficient in MS Office and basic computer operations. • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to processes.
