Job Summary :

The person will be responsible for handling the day to day Customer Support and CRM functions. The major responsibility will be handling the incoming / outbound calls related to product information, customer queries, complains / feedbacks related to the products and eCommerce services of Vaya. Key Requirements : 1. Graduate with 4+ years of Customer Support experience (preferably B2C Voice Process).
2. Fluent in English & Hindi.3. Location: Raheja Towers, Anna Salai, Chennai.4. Day Shift with two possible time slots: 8 AM4 PM or 12 PM8 PM.
