Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Care Executive located in Kolkata. The Customer Care Executive will be responsible for handling customer & vendor inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include providing excellent customer service, managing customer service operations, and supporting customers over phone & chat. The role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and service providers.

Key Responsibilities:

* Handle inbound/outbound calls, WhatsApp, and app chat queries from customers and vendors

* Resolve complaints and service issues with empathy and professionalism

* Maintain accurate CRM records of all interactions

* Coordinate with operations, vendor management, and tech teams for quick resolution

* Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction post service delivery

* Identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements

Requirements:

* Graduate in any discipline

* 1-3 years of customer support experience (services, e-commerce, or hospitality preferred)

* Excellent communication in Hindi, English and Bengali

* Good problem-solving skills and patience

* Familiarity with basic computer systems, CRM tools, and WhatsApp Business
