Job Title: Customer Care Executive Company: Ultrafresh Modular Solutions Ltd Powered by Prestige Group Location: Mahalaxmi, Mumbai Experience: 0 5 Years (Freshers Welcome) Salary: Best in Industry + Incentives Working Days: 6 Days a Week (Sunday Fixed Off + 1 Saturday Off per Month) Job Role: We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented Customer Care Executives to handle inbound and outbound voice calls. Your key responsibility will be to connect with potential customers, understand their requirements, qualify leads, and pass them on to the Business Development team for further action. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective customers and handle inbound inquiries. Understand customer needs and record relevant information accurately. Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and hand over to Business Development Managers. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using CRM tools. Follow call scripts and guidelines to ensure a consistent and professional experience. Provide prompt and clear responses to general customer queries. Requirements: Freshers or candidates with up to 5 years of experience in customer service, tele calling, or BPO roles. Excellent verbal communication skills in English and regional languages. Good listening skills and ability to handle conversations patiently and professionally. Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM tools or data entry. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets. Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn and grow.
