Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries via phone calls, emails, or chats to resolve their concerns and provide timely solutions. Provide accurate and efficient resolutions to customers' issues related to products/services offered by the company. Maintain a high level of professionalism while interacting with customers, ensuring excellent communication skills. Meet performance targets set for call handling time, first-call resolution rate, and overall customer satisfaction. Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., technical support) to resolve complex customer issues. Desired Candidate Profile 0-2 years of experience in BPO/Call Centre environment or similar industry. Excellent English language proficiency (spoken & written). Strong understanding of domestic BPO processes such as Inbound/Outbound calling, Voice Processing, Telecalling, Voice Support
